  • Personal data you give us (Submitted Information): The information we need to fulfil our contractual obligations may include your first name and surname, address, e-mail address, mobile and home phone numbers, company name (if applicable), a device’s identifier, username, password, your relationship to the device user, bank account and payment card details and other registration information. If you are the Device user or entering into a contract with us on behalf of a Device user, we may also collect your emergency contacts details, your doctors name and phone number and any conditions you wish to highlight to us to enhance the services we offer. If you are entering into a contract with us on behalf of the Device User, you will be providing us with the above information about the Device User and by entering into that contract confirm that you have the authority of the Device user to give us that information, whether having obtained their express consent or you are acting under a power of attorney.
  • Personal data we receive from other sources. We work closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may obtain information from third parties about you.
  • We may also collect details of your visits to our website and your use of the Services including, but not limited to traffic data, weblogs, Events Information, and Device and Communications Information including Location Information, whether this is required for our own billing purposes, to enable us to provide the Services).
  • As we are providing a value added service, we need you to give your consent to the passive location of Devices that you have bought from us so the Services can be used to locate the Device user in an emergency.

If you don’t provide us with data and consent that we need to fulfil our contract with you, we may not be able to perform the contract, in which case, we may have to cancel your order for the Device and Services you want from us. If this is the case, we will notify you.

Why we need your personal data: so that we can perform the contract with you.

How we use your information: we will only use your personal data when the law allows us to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.  We will use information that has been disassociated from personal data on an ongoing basis for research and analysis purposes.
