Users who already have an Oysta device, migrating across from another service or where the Local Authority only pay for the device for a telecare solution can purchase the service component on this page.
Do not choose this option unless Oysta or your Local Authority have recommended this option to you. You have to have an existing Oysta device for this to work.
You can still choose to have a monitored or self-monitored service. Monitored provides a service where the alarm is answered, day or night, by a specialist alarm centre. Self-monitored means the alarms and information only goes to people you nominate, they will need to respond to the alarm.
